Adjustments:
Please send a sample or the defective merchandise with your written request for
return/adjustment. Unauthorized returns will be refused. Claims must be filed within
90 days of ship date or our guarantee is voided.
Cancellations/Corrections:
Factory has the authority to invoice for any incurred cost at time of cancellation
and/or correction.
Confirmation Orders:
Factory is not responsible for duplicate orders if confirmation order is not stamped
“DO NOT DUPLICATE.”
Co-op Pricing & Over Catalog Quantity Pricing:
Contact factory for quote.
Copy Charges:
Must be at least 1/2 the lowest quantity offered.
E-Mailed Orders:
A “test” order MUST be sent to testorder@aakronline.com.
Be sure to include the order, artwork file and the artwork file saved as a pdf or
jpg for proofing. Once the test order is confirmed, the e-mail address & instructions
for all future e-mailed orders will be provided.
Freight Quotes:
Shipping weights are approximate. Factory is not responsible for the difference
in actual freight vs. quoted estimates.
Imprint:
(1) Hot stamp imprints are not permanent and cannot be guaranteed against rubbing
off.
(2) Non-Woven items – see page 137 for imprint information regarding legibility.
Imprint Colors:
If imprint color is not specified, factory will use the “medium” color
offered (ex. med. blue, med. green, etc.).
In-between Quantities:
Lower quantity price applies.
Invoices/Statements:
Sent via e-mail or fax. All invoices are in U.S. Funds.
Layout/Ad Copy:
Each order must be typed or legibly printed. The factory is not responsible for
errors from hand written copy. Typestyles will be duplicated as closely as possible
when requested. If copy is too large for item, the factory reserves the right to
set-up best way to accommodate ad copy.
Less Than Minimum Quantity:
Unless otherwise specified on product page, $40.00 (G). Absolute minimum is one-half
of the lowest catalog quantity, unless otherwise specified.
New Accounts:
Must prepay at least the first order and establish credit before we sell on open
account.
Packaging Options:

Pens:
Velvet Pouch or Clear Tube.

Velvet Pouch:17¢/each (C) each, pens are inserted
Clear Tube:40¢/each (G) each, pens are inserted
Round or Hex Pencils:
12 per Cardboard Band (4-1/2” long). $16.00/M (G) or less.
Carpenter Pencils:
12 pack Cardboard Box. Add 5¢ (G) per pencil.
Plastic Products:
Plastic products have a tendency to scratch/scuff during shipping. Factory cannot
be held responsible.
Pricing:
All prices are unit prices in US dollars. Canadian prices can be found on website.
Returned Check Policy:
$25.00 service charge for all returned checks.
Repeat Order:
Submit previous invoice number and date shipped. All information as to item color,
and complete ad copy must be clearly shown on new order or factory is not responsible.
For exact duplication of set-up or imprint colors, a sample from the previous order
must be included. PMS color matches will be charged on each order. Previous orders
are kept on file for a 2 year period. Any repeat order referencing an order older
than 2 years will incur a new set-up charge and any necessary artwork charges.
Samples:

Random: All samples are available at no charge unless order is valued over
$5.00, whereby a handling charge will apply. You will be billed for freight unless
shipper number is provided. Samples will be shipped via UPS Ground unless otherwise
specified.
Speculative: $50.00(G) If additional charges are required, such as Ink Color
Matches, Multi Color Set-ups, Second Side Imprint etc... contact sales department
for cost. Spec samples are shipped UPS Ground, unless otherwise stated. Shipping
charges will apply, unless an account number is provided.
Virtual: Available on our website at no charge.

Shipping:

F.O.B. Factory locations (NY & TN). We will use our discretion
as to the best method (U.P.S. or truck) and if a product is available in both locations
which factory will be used. If a factory location is out of stock on an item, the
other factory must ship the order.
Truck Shipments. Unless otherwise specified, all truck shipments
will go COLLECT FOR FREIGHT.
“In Hands Date.” If there is an “in hands”
date on the order without specific shipping instructions, we reserve the right to
ship an overnight air service to meet your deadline.
Dimensional Weight or Oversized Boxes. The factory is not responsible
for extra charges incurred due to dimensional weight or oversized boxes.
International Orders. The customer is responsible for duties, taxes
or fees on International orders.

Third Party Billing. All orders using Third Party billing will
incur a $6.00 (net) fee per order.

Net 30 Days upon credit approval. We accept MasterCard, Visa and Discover. All invoices
and statements are in U.S. Funds.
Trademark Usage:
All copy or other material submitted by the customer for use by us in producing
the items ordered will be accepted by us as being submitted in full compliance with
all applicable laws regarding trademark, service mark, copyright, right of privacy,
patent or similar protection. Copy and trademarks illustrated in this catalog are
used to demonstrate product imprinting. This does not constitute endorsement by
any company of our product line.
Variable Data:
Personalization & Consecutive Numbering is available on Full Color Digital Products
(magnets excluded). Must provide range of data on excel spreadsheet. Personalization
is available for Full Color Digital magnets.
