Our NY and TN factories are both open for business. Rush services remain temporarily suspended, but will be restored in the near future. Our office staff and sales teams continue to work remotely, ready to assist you in any way we can. We greatly appreciate your support during these times.
UPDATE: March 31, 2020
Please be advised that we have temporarily suspended our 24 hour rush service. With Tennessee’s new executive order, our Tennessee facilities remain open, operating with limited staff after today. We will continue to operate within the Health Guidelines set by the state of Tennessee and the company will ensure that the guidelines are followed at all times.
We pride ourselves on our 24 hour rush service as it provides great value to you and your clients. While it is not ideal to suspend the service, we need to so for our limited team to fill orders while focusing on their health and safety.
UPDATE: March 20, 2020
Due to New York State regulations, our NY factory will be closed effective Monday, March 23rd until further notice . We are currently shifting as much of our production as possible to our TN facilities. Some of our product line will be temporarily unavailable during the New York factory shutdown. These items will be designated on our product pages, and by viewing this list - Temporarily Unavailable.
We have shifted most of our office staff to work remotely to handle your customer service and order processing needs. Our inside and outside sales team is also fully operational.
UPDATE: March 18, 2020
First and foremost, we would like to express that our thoughts are with all of those personally affected, as well as all the personnel at the frontline of the Coronavirus. We would also like to provide an update on our current operations as we all face the challenges associated with this Pandemic.
AAkron remains open at this time with production operating as normal with no delays. While we remain open, we are taking various precautionary measures to protect the health and well-being of our employees, customers, and vendors.
Effective immediately, we’ve restricted visits from external partners, customers, candidates and any other guests in our offices. All business travel has been canceled and our team is relying on virtual meetings to communicate with customers and other team members. We’ve expanded our work from home policy for office staff to help minimize interaction as much as possible. We have also increased our efforts to keep the offices and production areas sanitized.
Our executive team will continue to monitor the COVID-19 outbreak and seek guidance from the government and health organizations to make future decisions as the situation evolves. We encourage our customers to continue to contact our sales team for projects, programs or any requests we can assist you with.
