Shipping weights are approximate. Factory is not responsible for the difference in actual freight vs. quoted estimates. Fuel surcharges are assessed by most carriers and will fluctuate with fuel costs. Therefore your freight estimates may vary from the final bill.
(1) Hot stamp imprints are not permanent and cannot be guaranteed against rubbing off.
(2) Non-Woven items –Full Color Digital: As a general rule, line thickness should be 3 points. This applies to both text and artwork/logos. Certain fonts and art elements may be too thin to print well or may become unreadable and/or filled in when the necessary line thickness is applied. In the event of that, artwork would need to have a border or a shape surrounding the art and this border would be colored to match the item as closely as possible. For best printability, artwork that is one unified piece works best. Stray art elements or freestanding text may result in a reworking of artwork. Additionally, drop shadows are not possible. If raster art is provided, it cannot have fuzzy or indistinct edges. All edges must be clean for all art elements. Since every artwork layout presents a unique situation, we may need to contact you to outline the various options that will allow for the best looking product. Silkscreen: Halftones are not recommended, but are possible if requested. The screen frequency, however, cannot be any higher than 22 and for many the effect is undesirable. Line thickness and text on all art should be a minimum of 1 point.
If imprint color is not specified, factory will use the "medium" color offered (ex. med. blue, med. green, etc.).

Each order must be typed or legibly printed. The factory is not responsible for errors from hand written copy. Typestyles will be duplicated as closely as possible when requested. If copy is too large for item, the factory reserves the right to set-up best way to accommodate ad copy.

Submit previous invoice number and date shipped. All information as to item color, and complete ad copy must be clearly shown on new order or factory is not responsible. For exact duplication of set-up or imprint colors, a sample from the previous order must be included. PMS color matches will be charged on each order. Previous orders are kept on file for a 2 year period. Any repeat order referencing an order older than 2 years will incur a new set-up charge and any necessary artwork charges.
Any order valued at $2000.00 or more will require a product proof (no charge), add an extra 3 days production.
Any order valued at $500.00 or more will require an email proof (no charge).
Random: All samples are available at no charge, unless order is valued over $ 7.50 EQP net, whereby a handling charge will apply. Freight will be invoiced, unless a shipper number is provided. Samples will be shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. Samples orders can be placed by sending a request to email@example.com.
Speculative: $50.00(G) If additional charges are required, such as Ink Color Matches, Multi Color Set-ups, Second Side Imprint etc... contact sales department for cost. Spec samples are shipped UPS Ground, unless otherwise stated. Shipping charges will apply, unless an account number is provided.

F.O.B. Factory locations (NY & TN). We will use our discretion as to the best method (U.P.S. or truck) and if a product is available in both locations which factory will be used. If a factory location is out of stock on an item, the other factory must ship the order.
Truck Shipments. Unless otherwise specified, all truck shipments will go COLLECT FOR FREIGHT.
"In Hands Date." If there is an "in hands" date on the order without specific shipping instructions, we reserve the right to ship an overnight air service to meet your deadline.
Dimensional Weight or Oversized Boxes. The factory is not responsible for extra charges incurred due to dimensional weight or oversized boxes. International Orders. The customer is responsible for duties, taxes or fees on International orders.

Third Party Billing: All orders using Third Party billing will incur an $8.00 (G) fee per order.
