Plate Charges:	Add $ 45.00(G) per color. A plate charge is required for any special logo designs. No plate charge is required for straight-line copy.

Multi-location Imprint:	Back: For Black Imprint Only, Add $.05 (G) run charge per item. For Process or Up to Four Colors, Add $.20 (G) run charge per item, on new orders and reorders. Imprinting Handle: $50.00/M (G) or less per side.
Imprint Handle:	$60.00 (G) per thousand or less per side.
Multi-Color Imprint:	Add $55.00 (G) set-up charge per color, plus additional color charge, per color, per side on new orders and reorders: 500 - $ .15(G) each / 1000 - $ .12(G) each / 2500 - $ .11(G) each / 5000 - $ .10(G) each.
Change Ink:	$35.00 (G) per color, per change. Must be at least 1/2 of the lowest quantity offered.
Print Requirements:	Smallest Font Size: 6 pt, Line Thickness Minimum: 0.005", Reverse Line Space: 0.007".

Less Than Minimum:	$60.00(G) Absolute minimum is one-half of the lowest catalog quantity.
Copy Change:	$55.00 (G) per change. Must be at least 1/2 of the lowest quantity offered.
Additional Artwork:	The first 1/2 hour is FREE! Additional time will be charged $35.00 (G) per hour
